1. 基本方針
あみだまる開発者チーム（以下「開発者」）は、iOS アプリ「あみだまる / Amidamaru」（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザー情報を、本ポリシーに従って取り扱います。

3. 端末内で取り扱う情報
本アプリは機能提供のため、次の情報を端末上で取り扱います。
- 抽選条件（当たりモード、開始モード、実行方法、参加人数、当たり本数等）
- ユーザーが入力した参加者名および当たり・はずれの表示名
- 完了した抽選の結果および実施日時からなる履歴
- 全画面広告の表示頻度を制御するためのカウンタおよび最終表示日時
これらは端末内にのみ保存されます。履歴はアプリ内で削除でき、本アプリを削除した場合も端末から削除されます。
4. 開発者のサーバーについて
開発者は、本アプリのためのサーバーを運用していません。参加者名、当選者、抽選結果その他ユーザーが入力した内容を、開発者が受け取ることはありません。アカウント登録は不要であり、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所および位置情報を本アプリが取得することもありません。
以下の 5 項から 11 項は、本アプリが利用する外部サービスへ送信されうる情報を説明するものです。
5. 利用状況の計測（Firebase Analytics）
開発者は、抽選体験のどこで開始、完了、中断、再実施が起きているかを把握するため、Google の Firebase Analytics を利用します。本アプリが定義するイベントとして送信するのは、次の種類の情報です。
- 操作の種類（抽選の設定開始、開始、完了、中断、結果画面の離脱操作、履歴操作）
- 抽選条件の分類値（当たりモード、開始モード、実行方法、経路演出）
- 参加人数の区分（2〜5、6〜10、11〜20、21〜40、41〜50 のいずれか）
- 中断した進行地点および結果の開示状況の区分
- スキップを使用したかどうか
本アプリが定義するイベントには、参加者名、当選者、抽選結果本文および参加人数の実数を含めません。アプリ独自のユーザー識別子、セッション識別子および抽選識別子も設定しません。
ただし、Firebase の SDK（Software Development Kit）自体が、アプリインスタンス識別子、セッション情報、アプリのバージョン、端末機種、OS のバージョン、言語、地域、IP アドレス等を自動的に収集する場合があります。これらは開発者が個別に指定するものではなく、Google のポリシーに基づいて処理されます。
6. クラッシュ情報（Firebase Crashlytics）
開発者は、不具合の発見と修正のため、Google の Firebase Crashlytics を利用します。クラッシュが発生した場合、クラッシュログ、スタックトレース、エラーメッセージ、アプリのバージョン、端末機種、OS のバージョン、および Crashlytics が生成する匿名の識別子等が送信される場合があります。
開発者は、参加者名、抽選結果その他ユーザーが入力した内容を診断ログへ意図的に含めません。
7. 広告（Google AdMob）
本アプリは無料で提供し、その対価として Google AdMob の広告を表示します。広告の配信、表示回数の計測および不正防止のため、Google および広告配信に関わる事業者が次の情報を処理する場合があります。
- 広告識別子（IDFA）。ただし取得できるのは、次項のトラッキング許可をユーザーが与えた場合に限ります
- IP アドレス、端末機種、OS のバージョン、言語、おおよその地域その他の端末情報
- 広告の表示、閲覧および操作に関する情報
- SKAdNetwork による広告効果測定の情報
広告の表示頻度を制御するカウンタは端末内にのみ保存し、広告事業者へ送信しません。参加者名、当選者および抽選結果を広告事業者へ送信することはありません。
8. トラッキング許可（ATT）
本アプリは、広告識別子へアクセスする前に、Apple の App Tracking Transparency に従って許可を求めます。許可を求める前に、目的を説明する画面を表示します。
許可しなかった場合も、抽選機能、履歴機能その他本アプリの機能に制限は一切ありません。関連性の低い広告が表示されるようになるだけです。許可の状態は、iOS の「設定」アプリ内の本アプリのページからいつでも変更できます。本アプリの設定画面には、この画面を開く導線があります。
9. お問い合わせメール
本アプリの設定画面からお問い合わせのメール下書きを作成できます。下書きには、調査に使う次の情報だけがあらかじめ記入されます。
- アプリのバージョンおよびビルド番号
- OS のバージョン
- 端末のモデル識別子（
iPhone17,1 形式）
参加者名、当選者、抽選結果は記入されません。メールの送信はユーザーの操作によって行われ、送信した本文、連絡先その他の情報は、ユーザーが利用するメールサービスの提供者および開発者が問い合わせ対応のために取り扱います。
10. アプリ内課金
本アプリでアプリ内課金を提供する場合、購入、請求、返金および購入の復元は Apple の App Store および StoreKit により処理されます。開発者は、購入状態を機能提供のため取得する場合がありますが、クレジットカード番号その他の決済手段の詳細を取得または保存しません。
11. 法務ページの閲覧
利用規約、本ポリシーおよび特定商取引法に基づく表記は Cloudflare Pages から配信されます。閲覧時、Cloudflare は IP アドレス、リクエスト日時、ユーザーエージェント等の通信情報を、セキュリティ、配信および不正利用防止のために処理する場合があります。言語選択はブラウザまたはアプリ内の表示領域のローカルストレージに保存され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されません。
12. 利用目的
開発者は、取り扱う情報を次の目的で利用します。
- あみだくじによる抽選、3D 演出および履歴機能の提供
- 無料提供を支える広告の配信および表示頻度の制御
- 不具合調査、品質改善およびクラッシュの修正
- 抽選体験の到達率・完了率の把握による機能改善
- アプリ内課金を提供する場合の権利状態の確認
- お問い合わせ対応、法令遵守および権利保護
13. 外部サービス
14. 保存期間および削除
- 端末内の抽選条件、参加者名および履歴は、アプリ内で削除するか本アプリを削除するまで保存されます。
- 広告頻度のカウンタは、本アプリを削除すると端末から削除されます。
- Firebase Analytics、Firebase Crashlytics および Google AdMob が保持する情報は、各提供者のポリシーまたは法令上必要な期間保存されます。
- 広告識別子の利用を止めたい場合は、iOS の「設定」アプリからトラッキング許可を取り消してください。
15. 第三者提供
開発者は、法令に基づく場合、ユーザーの同意がある場合、業務委託先がサービス提供に必要な範囲で処理する場合、または権利・安全を保護するため必要な場合を除き、個人情報を第三者へ販売または提供しません。
16. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは 13 歳未満または各国・地域の法令で定められる年齢未満の子どもを対象としていません。対象年齢未満の方は保護者の同意なく本アプリを利用しないでください。
17. ポリシーの変更
開発者は、法令または本アプリの変更等に応じて本ポリシーを改定できます。重要な変更については、本アプリ内その他適切な方法で通知します。

1. Basic Policy
The Amidamaru Development Team (the “Developer”) handles user information in the iOS application “Amidamaru” (the “App”) in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

3. Information Handled on Your Device
The App handles the following information on your device to provide its features:
- Draw settings, such as the result mode, start mode, execution mode, number of participants, and number of winners;
- Participant names and the labels you enter for winning and losing outcomes;
- History consisting of the results and timestamps of completed draws; and
- Counters and a last-shown timestamp used to limit how often full-screen advertisements appear.
This information is stored only on your device. You can delete history in the App, and deleting the App removes it from your device.
4. About the Developer’s Servers
The Developer operates no server for the App. Participant names, winners, results, and anything else you enter are never received by the Developer. No account is required, and the App does not collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, or location.
Sections 5 through 11 describe information that may be sent to the third-party services the App uses.
5. Usage Measurement (Firebase Analytics)
The Developer uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand where draws are started, completed, abandoned, and rerun. The events defined by the App send the following kinds of information:
- The type of action (setup started, draw started, completed, abandoned, the choice made when leaving the result screen, and history actions);
- Categorical draw settings (result mode, start mode, execution mode, and route effect);
- A participant-count bucket (2–5, 6–10, 11–20, 21–40, or 41–50);
- The stage at which a draw was abandoned and whether any result had been revealed; and
- Whether skip was used.
Events defined by the App never include participant names, winners, result text, or the exact number of participants. The App also sets no application-defined user, session, or draw identifier.
However, the Firebase SDK (Software Development Kit) itself may automatically collect an app-instance identifier, session information, App version, device model, OS version, language, region, IP address, and similar data. The Developer does not specify these individually; Google processes them under its own policies.
6. Crash Information (Firebase Crashlytics)
The Developer uses Google Firebase Crashlytics to find and fix defects. When a crash occurs, crash reports, stack traces, error messages, App version, device model, OS version, and an anonymous identifier generated by Crashlytics may be sent.
The Developer does not intentionally include participant names, results, or anything else you enter in diagnostic logs.
7. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App is provided free of charge and displays Google AdMob advertising in return. To deliver advertisements, measure impressions, and prevent fraud, Google and parties involved in ad delivery may process:
- The advertising identifier (IDFA), obtained only if you grant the tracking permission described in the next section;
- IP address, device model, OS version, language, approximate region, and other device information;
- Information about advertisement display, viewing, and interaction; and
- Attribution information reported through SKAdNetwork.
The counters that limit advertising frequency are stored only on your device and are not sent to advertising providers. Participant names, winners, and results are never sent to advertising providers.
8. Tracking Permission (ATT)
Before accessing the advertising identifier, the App requests permission under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. A screen explaining the purpose is shown before the request.
If you decline, no feature of the App is restricted in any way — drawing lots, history, and everything else work exactly the same. You will simply see less relevant advertisements. You can change the permission at any time on the App’s page in the iOS Settings app; the App’s settings screen links there.
9. Support Email
You can create a support email draft from the App’s settings screen. The draft is prefilled only with the following information, used to investigate problems:
- App version and build number;
- OS version; and
- Device model identifier (in the form
iPhone17,1).
Participant names, winners, and results are not prefilled. You choose whether to send the message, and the provider of the mail service you use, together with the Developer, handles the message body, contact details, and other information you send, for support purposes.
10. Purchase Information
Where the App offers in-app purchases, Apple’s App Store and StoreKit process purchases, billing, refunds, and restoration. The Developer may obtain purchase status to provide features but does not obtain or store payment-card numbers or other payment-method details.
11. Viewing Legal Pages
The Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy, and the disclosure under Japan’s Specified Commercial Transactions Act are delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process network information such as IP address, request time, and user agent for security, delivery, and abuse prevention. Your language choice is stored in browser or in-App local storage and is not sent to the Developer’s server.
12. Purposes of Use
- Providing draws, the 3D presentation, and history features;
- Delivering the advertising that funds free distribution, and limiting how often it appears;
- Investigating issues, improving quality, and fixing crashes;
- Improving features by understanding completion rates across the draw experience;
- Confirming entitlement status where in-app purchases are offered; and
- Responding to inquiries, complying with law, and protecting rights.
13. Third-Party Services
14. Retention and Deletion
- Draw settings, participant names, and history on your device remain until you delete them in the App or delete the App.
- Advertising frequency counters are removed from your device when you delete the App.
- Information held by Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google AdMob is retained under their policies or for periods required by law.
- To stop use of the advertising identifier, revoke the tracking permission in the iOS Settings app.
15. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Developer does not sell or disclose personal information to third parties except where required by law, with your consent, where a service provider processes it as necessary to provide the App, or where necessary to protect rights and safety.
16. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 or below the minimum age set by applicable law in their country or region. Children below that age must not use the App without consent from a parent or legal guardian.
17. Changes to This Policy
The Developer may revise this Policy in response to changes in law or the App. Material changes will be communicated through the App or another appropriate method.
